The product arrived covered in bubble-wrap, (effective protection) and no signs of damage or wear anywhere. The necklace itself is very beautiful. The Sun-style pendant is actually a little bigger than I expected, and the picture of the necklace sadly does not display the cord, which is pretty, long, and also quite strong. Bought it for my girlfriend, and I think that Sparkle Jewellery & Watches has a very happy customer. Five very well deserved stars!
